Frequently Asked Questions

How do I view a full-size image?

From a gallery page, click on any thumbnail. A modal window will pop up, displaying the image at medium resolution. Clicking the "Action" button at the left of the window (or pressing the 'A' key on your keyboard) will open the Action Tab. From here, click on the "View this image at full-size" link. Enjoy.

How do I download a full-size image?

From a the full-size image page, right-click and choose "Save Image As..." (Mozilla Firefox) or something to that effect. Enter in a name and press OK. If you use a Mac (lucky), just drag the image to your desktop.

How do I set a wallpaper?

NOTE: Not all images on this site have the correct dimensions to be used as wallpapers.

Windows: Right-click the image and choose either Set as Background or Set as Wallpaper (depending on your browser).

Mac OS X: Drag the image onto your desktop, go to System Preferences, go to the Desktop icons, click the Collection drop-down and Choose Folder to find the new wallpaper on your computer.

Mac OS 9 Users: Drag the image onto your desktop, go to Control Panel and choose Appearance, click Set Desktop and choose the new wallpaper that you just downloaded.

What are these 'tag' things?

Tags are a means of catagorizing images to make it easier to find exactly the type of image you want. For example, if you prefer brunettes to blondes, you would like what shows up from the brunette tag.

Right now, only site administrators can add or edit tags.

What are some tools I should use for image editing/organizing/downloading etc.?

Google Picasa, found in Google Pack is a great photo organizer and has some decent editing features.

As far as downloading images, try DownThemAll, a Firefox extension that allows you to download entire galleries in one click.

You don't need fancy(expensive) editing software to edit up all your images. Try the free GIMP; it has nearly everything found in Photoshop, but at zero cost.
